Kazunori Ushioda began his career in system development at a major Japanese system integration company. In 2013, he joined an online travel company, established the system department, and contributed to its IPO listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market as a core member of the IPO preparation team. Mr. Ushioda later served as the company’s CTO and subsequently as an outside director for several IT ventures, helping them develop systems based on his technical expertise.
Masahiro Miura worked for a major Japanese system integration company developing AI systems for government agencies and also worked with a major foreign consulting firm to promote Business Process Reengineering (BPR) based on Activity-Based Costing (ABC). In 2001, he founded his own start-up, where he developed proprietary offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions and led its expansion into Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Oita), China, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. The group grew to over 3,000 employees, but in 2011 the business was transferred to NTT DATA. Since then, the company has been promoting industry-academia collaborative projects alongside Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University and Akita International University.
