This alliance aims to further deepen the existing technology partnership, restructuring it as a longterm strategic partnership that includes a capital relationship, with the goal of jointly deploying open and distributed next-generation AI infrastructure to the global market.

In recent years, AI technology has evolved remarkably, and its influence continues to expand daily.
