TOKYO, Japan – Unsung Fields, Inc. (Headquarters: USA; CEO: Jim Keller; hereinafter "Tenstorrent"), a leading company in the AI semiconductor field, to build a co-branded AI cloud Platform.

This alliance aims to further deepen the existing technology partnership, restructuring it as a longterm strategic partnership that includes a capital relationship, with the goal of jointly deploying open and distributed next-generation AI infrastructure to the global market.

Background and Purpose | For an AI Society Accessible to All

In recent years, AI technology has evolved remarkably, and its influence continues to expand daily. However, the benefits of this evolution are disproportionately concentrated among a few large corporations and advanced regions, leaving AI as a technology that many organizations and individuals "want to use but cannot."

Underlying this are structural barriers such as high implementation costs, a shortage of specialized personnel, and disparities in access to computing resources and infrastructure.

1. Building and Popularizing Open and Transparent AI Infrastructure: Design and build all components, from hardware to cloud, AI models, and development ecosystems, based on an open-source model, providing infrastructure that everyone can access equally.
2. Presenting New Options in the Global Market: Starting from Japan and Asia, deploy scalable and sustainable AI cloud infrastructure. Propose new technological standards and a competitive environment not dependent on specific companies.
3. Forming an "Execution Engine" to Accelerate AI's Societal Implementation: Tenstorrent's innovative processors with Unsung Fields' cloud operation and deployment capabilities to build an infrastructure execution system that "transforms ideas and technology into societal implementation."
